How to Keep Your Cool in the Heat
Although summer is considered to be one of the best seasons to set out for holidays, there are a number of factors that must be taken into account to avoid heat related sicknesses as well as keep your body temperature cool and healthy. Finally, be sure to take cool baths and showers as they to go a long way in cooling down the body temperature.
